These terms apply to all services provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Scope of Work

All projects are defined by agreed scope, timelines, and deliverables.

2. Payments

Payments must be made according to agreed terms. Work may be paused if payments are delayed.

3. Revisions

Revisions are limited to the agreed scope. Additional work may incur extra charges.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables is transferred upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project-related information confidential.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under agreed conditions.
